The NHS spring Covid-19 vaccination programme for 2026 is scheduled to run from April 13, 2026. This booster campaign is targeted at the most vulnerable individuals to ensure they have high levels of protection against severe COVID-19
Eligibility Criteria
The spring 2026 booster is offered to
- Adults aged 75 years and over (including those who turn 75 by June 30, 2026)
- Residents in care homes for older adults
- Individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed.
Key Information
- Timing: The booster should be given around 6 months after the last dose, although a minimum interval of 3 months is allowed
