The practice operates a telephone triaging service enabling us to ensure that urgent matters are dealt with appropriately and all non-urgent are seen at the appropriate time.

You can telephone in for an ‘on the day’ appointment or you can complete an online Klinik form via our home page using the contact your doctor on line pop up link.

The majority of medical problems can be dealt with by telephone and therefore, face to face appointment will be given if it is not possible to manage your condition via telephone.

We want to assure patients that  even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic we are making our best effort to get you the appointment you need.

During the week beginning on the 12th April 2021 our staff assisted patients on a total of 1,779 occasions with 640 of our appointments being face to face. The Practice also worked to administer an additional 338 Covid vaccines over the weekend.

As more consultations are being dealt with by telephone all calls made by the doctors and staff to patients will be recorded, for training and monitoring purposes.  All call recordings can only be accessed by the Practice Manager or the Reception Manager.  No other staff have access to ensure information is kept secure and confidential.

Some nurse appointments are also now being done by telephone.  You can ring reception at any time to request a nurse appointment.

Please contact us if you are not able to attend the appointment we can rearrange it to a different date for you, this frees up appointments for people who can make it. We really appreciate your help with this.
